Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not have to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Provide your order details and clear photos of the fault/damage.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
Return Process

Please contact us before sending back any items.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
