Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday) and usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Australia generally takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.

 

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@lydian.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment options displayed at checkout.

 

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue. For change-of-mind returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

 

How do I return an item?
Simply email hello@lydian.au with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

 

Are sale items refundable?
Sale and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.

 

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website.
